Dashboard tour
Eight pages, one goal: know what your streaming audience is doing, right now.
Overview
The landing page after login. Five KPI cards across the top: monthly active users, watch hours, paid subs, ARPU, churn — each with its week-over-week delta. Below that, a 24-hour concurrency area chart and a device-mix donut. The top-content table shows your 10 biggest titles by watch hours with completion bars.
Use the range picker (top right) to switch between 24h, 7d, 30d, and QTD. Export the current top-content table as CSV with the export button.
Realtime
A rolling 5-minute concurrent-viewer line chart that auto-refreshes every 10 seconds. Peak today, active device count, and regions-live cards sit above. Use this page during live events (IPL, launches, premieres) to watch the curve as it happens.
Content
Searchable table of every piece of content that’s been viewed in the selected range. Columns: title, type, watch hours, viewers, completion bar. Sort by any column. Click a row to drill into a dedicated content detail page (coming in v1.1).
Audience
Audience composition: KPI cards for MAU, paid subs, watch hours, and churn. Below, a device distribution donut and a placeholder for the cohort retention chart (seeds after the Celery worker runs overnight).
Geography
State-level breakdown for India, country-level for international. Each row shows watch hours, viewers, and share-of-watch bar. The bar is normalized to the maximum in the set so small regions are still visible.
Revenue
Gross revenue, paid subs, ARPU, and monthly churn. Breakdown by plan (SVOD / AVOD / TVOD) surfaces here once your purchase events have flowed through for at least one day.
Alerts
Full alert log. Severity-colored left border: red critical, amber warn, green info. Each alert shows source (QoS, billing, ingest), title, description, and relative time. Filter by severity or source. Acknowledge alerts to clear them from the realtime ops feed on Overview.
API keys
List, create, and revoke keys. Creation surfaces the plaintext key once — grab it immediately or revoke and recreate. Scroll down for copy-paste integration snippets for web and CDN.
Settings
Workspace details (name, slug, plan), account details (name, email, role), data residency configuration, and webhook endpoints.
